Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in this diploma program, the student acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Accuracy of Information

The student must ensure that all information provided during enrollment is true and accurate. Any false or misleading information may result in disqualification from the program.

2. Course Enrollment

The diploma program is conducted entirely online, and enrollment begins immediately upon successful registration.

3. Course Fee

The diploma program is offered free of charge, with no enrollment or tuition fees applicable.

4. Job Guarantee and Performance Criteria

The job guarantee is contingent upon the student’s overall course performance. To qualify, the student must:
– Achieve a minimum of 80% in assessments.
– Retake tests if necessary, at no additional cost, to meet the required threshold.

5. Internship Requirements

After completing two months of lectures, the student will enter a mandatory three-month internship, which requires:
– A full-time commitment of 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
– A minimum attendance of 95%.
– Demonstrated competency in assigned tasks and responsibilities.

6. Internship Performance Evaluation

If the student fails to meet performance expectations during the first month of the internship, they will be required to:
– Retake the course and undergo re-examination to demonstrate competency before re-entering the internship phase.
– Follow the same terms and conditions as the original enrollment.

7. Entrepreneur Development Program Placement

After two months of study, the student will be placed in an agency under the Entrepreneur Development Program (EDP):
– If the student successfully completes the first assigned project within seven days, they will be onboarded for a three-month internship.
– If the student does not clear the first project, they will be moved to an assessment phase to requalify before starting the internship.

8. Final Internship Evaluation and Job Offer

– Upon completing the three-month internship, the student’s performance will be graded and evaluated.
– Based on this evaluation, the student may be selected for a paid job offer.
– If the student does not meet the required criteria, they will be sent to an assessment phase for further improvement.

9. Employment Offer and Salary Progression

Upon successful completion of the internship, the student will be offered employment with the following salary structure:
– A starting salary of Rs. 40,000.
Quarterly increments of Rs. 20,000 for Grade A performance and Rs. 15,000 otherwise, culminating in Rs. 100,000 after one year.
– An annual increment of 15% thereafter.

10. Post-Course Business Incubation Opportunity

– After completing the course, students demonstrating exceptional performance, creativity, and problem-solving abilities may have the opportunity to join a business incubation program.
– This program provides mentorship, resources, and support to help selected students launch their own businesses.

11. General Compliance

By enrolling in the diploma program, the student agrees to comply with all institutional rules, policies, and procedures. Any violation of these terms may result in:
– Termination of enrollment.
– Forfeiture of any job guarantee or associated benefits.
